Our rank system is pretty simple:
Alt An alt of someone's main character in the guild
Trial A player on trial to be a raiding member of our guild
Social A player who is in the guild more for the social aspect (but socials can get invited to raids)
Member A player who is a part of our raiding team
Officer A player entrusted with the responsibility of making our guild work
Deputy Guild Master An assistant to the guild master, sharing the responsibilities of the guild master
Guild Master Same as an officer, but with the additional job of overseeing the officers.
